This is an absolutely beautiful photo of the curtain I made for my side door. (please notice the sarcasm in the words "beautiful photo" - I gave up on trying to get the lighting right - this was the best I got!)It is one of my favorite things because it is an old linen table runner with hand-stitched yellow flowers on it. I wonder whose home it was made for, where it was displayed then. I love that someone took quite a bit of time to make it, her hands touched every single stitch. I love that it is a one of a kind piece in my home.
